4种脸色预示疾病缠身

1、惨白

这种脸色跟气虚、血虚、体寒有关，多有气短、四肢乏力、头晕、动则汗出、失眠多梦等症状，可选用人参归脾丸等中成药补充血气。

2、蜡黄

这种脸色不是脾虚就是体内有湿气，表现为面色萎黄，少气懒言，饮食减少，大便溏稀，可用四君子丸、香砂六君丸、补中益气丸，如体内湿气重可用参苓白术丸。

3、潮红
