老子按摩法又称太上混元按摩法，据传是春秋时期老子所创，但一般认为是托名老子。本法始见于唐代著名医家孙思邈的《备急千金要方》。共有49式，它的主要特点在于使全身的各部肌群得到运动，并强调意念与姿态的结合，以达到强向健体的目的。
