答：女性停经后，阴道分泌物有所减少，润滑度下降。但并非所有女性都是如此。阴道分泌液的多少，通常与健康状况、性欲、性激素水平、性唤起程度等因素有关。在某些情况下，特别是性激素水平仍较高的女性，会出现分泌物增多、阴道过度润滑的现象。

需要注意的是，患上某些疾病，如阴道炎症、子宫颈问题(多数伴有其他症状)等，女性阴道内的分泌物也会增多，此时应及时去医院做相关检查。
