1、出现疼痛感

在疾病的早期，一般不发生疼痛感，只有少数患者会出现不同程度的疼痛感，如：隐痛、牵拉痛、刺痛或钝痛等。

2、出现肿块物质

出现无痛性的肿块物质，是很多乳腺癌患者的首发症状。其表面多为不规则的凹凸不平状，边界不清楚，质较硬韧，部分坚硬如石。

3、乳房的外形发生变化

正常乳房拥有相对完整的弧形轮廓，当患了乳腺癌这种疾病后，这种轮廓将会出现缺损，或者形状发生改变。

4、当患者的皮肤受到损害时，还会出现异常。一般情况下，常常会出现橘皮状。

5、乳头出现溢液

随着乳腺癌患者病情的发展，少数患者会出现乳头溢液的症状，临床上多为无色、乳白色、红色等。
