南京市第一医院肿瘤内科主任陈锦飞教授盘点了男女最易患上的十大癌症，以及癌症早期的症状。

陈锦飞主任表示，男性好发的前十位癌症是：肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结肠/直肠癌、食管癌、膀胱癌、胰腺癌、白血病、淋巴癌、睾丸癌。

而女性好发的前十位癌症是：乳腺癌、肺癌、结肠/直肠癌、胃癌、肝癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌、食管癌、子宫癌、脑肿瘤。

陈锦飞主任表示，“六早”筛查是指早关注、早发现、早检测、早诊断、早治疗、早安心。这几点尤其对于癌症的发现和治疗，格外重要。

他说，目前我国现有癌症患者700万人，每年新增癌症患者约200万人。每年因癌症死亡人数约170万，估计到2015年年底，患者将达到 1000万，我国80%以上的患者被诊断时，病情已经发展到中晚期。而一般来说，癌症发展到中晚期之后，会给治疗带来相当大的难度。
