内容: 

1.计划免疫前期(1950—1977年)

接种疫苗有普种牛痘苗，推行卡介苗接种，重点地区接种霍乱、鼠疫、斑疹伤寒和百日咳疫苗。

2.计划免疫时期(1978—2000年)

接种疫苗有卡介苗(BCG)、口服脊灰减毒活疫苗(OPV)、吸附百日咳白喉破伤风(百白破)联合疫苗(DTP)及麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)，在普及四种疫苗接种的基础上，引入了乙型肝炎疫苗，流行性乙型脑炎(乙脑)疫苗(JEV)、A群脑膜炎球菌多糖疫苗(MPV-A)、MMR、甲肝疫苗的接种。

3.免疫规划时期(2001年至今)

2000年12月经国务院批准，乙肝疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫。

2007年，国务院决定实施扩大国家免疫规划。

接种疫苗有卡介苗、乙肝疫苗、百白破疫苗、白破疫苗、麻风疫苗、麻腮风疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、乙脑减毒活疫苗、A群流脑疫苗、A+C流脑疫苗、甲肝减毒活疫苗。

在重点地区接种的疫苗有出血热疫苗、炭疽疫苗、钩端螺旋体疫苗。
