内容: 

　　1.急性胃肠炎。腹痛大多数发生在腹部以上与脐周部，一般为持续性急性痛，有时还会一阵阵加剧。常伴恶心、呕吐、腹泻、发热。

　　2.胃、十二指肠溃疡。好发于中青年，腹痛以中上腹部为主，有的患者有灼痛，有的则是胀痛，也有病人仅表现为腹部不适。胃溃疡表现为餐后痛(吃完饭后疼痛)，十二指肠溃疡表现为空腹痛、夜间痛(两餐之间)。

　　3.胆囊炎。暴饮暴食，饱餐后剧烈运动或过度用力，容易诱发急性胰腺炎、胆囊炎等疾病。

　　4.肠扭转、肠梗阻。脱下厚外套后，不少人都会选择健身减肥，但刚吃完就做剧烈转腰等运动会让肠子吃不消。如果此时出现剧烈腹部绞痛，要怀疑是肠扭转。肠梗阻的疼痛多在脐周，呈阵发性绞痛，伴呕吐与停止排便排气。
