　　1、如果月经已经来临，那就充分说明没有怀孕。当然，怀孕之后也可能出现少量的阴道流血，但从外观上很容易判断，明显区别于月经。

　　2、如果在危险的(可能引起怀孕的)性行为之后，月经逾期未至，请立即用早孕试纸检查(或者直接去医院).28月经开始推迟的日子即可用试纸检查是否怀孕;因为如果妊娠后，此时尿液中的hcg值达到峰值;注意正确的使用方法，并最好用晨尿。

　　3、对于平时月经很规律的女性，偶尔的一次月经推迟或者提前7天之内，都是非常正常的现象，因为影响女性月经的因素非常多，如天气、饮食、情绪、身体状况等;这个推迟或延长的时限一般不会超过14天。

　　4、如果月经已经推迟14天以上没有来临，那么无论试纸测试结果如何，都请到医院进行系统检查，避免出现意外情况。

　　5、恶心、呕吐、厌食等早孕反应一般要在孕5-6周(也就是停经至少1周)以后才可能出现;不要因为这个就胡乱猜测，请记得使用早孕试纸。
