内容: 

包皮过长是指包皮覆盖尿道口，能上翻暴露尿道口及阴茎头。包茎是包皮口狭小，不能上翻暴露阴茎头。正常新生儿出生时由于包皮与阴茎头之间的自然粘连，存在生理性包茎或者包皮不能翻下。

随着阴茎的生长发育及间断勃起，包皮和阴茎头逐渐分离，3岁时90%的男童包皮可以翻下，也就是包皮过长。对于4~5岁时仍为包茎的男孩，70%~80%的患儿在局部应用皮质甾类乳膏后可以上翻包皮。对于6~7岁仍为包茎的患儿，则建议行包皮环切术。

如出现以下几种情况，考虑切除包皮。

1、如果5岁以上仍为包茎的儿童;

2、反复发作的尿路感染或包皮阴茎头炎

;3、合并局部皮肤病变;

4、出现外口瘢痕、炎症致翻起困难者可以切除包皮;

5、如果有特殊要求，可以行包皮手术。
