正常的精液呈黏性，乳白色，含有灰白色凝块，约10~20分钟后凝块自行液化，变成半透明、混浊的稀薄黏液，但有些时候男性会出现精液发黄的情况。

精液长期发黄莫忽视

禁欲时间长是导致精液发黄的主要原因。精液的颜色是由组成精液的成分决定的，精子量只占极小部分，90%以上为精浆。精浆主要成分是水，还有脂肪、蛋白质颗粒、色素颗粒、卵磷脂小体、酶类、果糖等。如果禁欲时间较长，由于理化性质改变，颜色会黄些。

精液长期发黄，可能是炎症导致的，如前列腺炎、精囊的化脓性感染（精囊炎）等。如果遇到精液长期发黄的情况，应及时到正规医院就诊，以免延误治疗。
